Development of Indirect Impact Assessment Methodology and Multipliers

Development of Indirect Economic Multipliers for Georgian Economy, including multipliers for revenue generation, job creation and investments.

The aim of the project was the development of multipliers to assess the indirect impact on job creation, investment, and enhanced revenues on the Georgian economy.

The multipliers were separately developed for all economic sectors of Georgia. In developing the multipliers, ISET PI a) developed the appropriate methodology based on an Input-Output framework including the algorithms needed to measure indirect impact in each of the three focal areas b) collected and evaluated economic data, and c) conducted economic analysis and published the appropriate multipliers.
