In order to do so, the study considers European best practices in teaching entrepreneurship and analyzes the current situation of entrepreneurship education in Georgian VET colleges and universities. Based on the analysis, the project suggests ways in which Georgian VET institutions can improve entrepreneurship education, identify talented and interested future entrepreneurs, and create an environment where the students will be able to test their skills and knowledge.

We use data on property advertisements placed on major Georgian real estate website. Quarterly data is generated for specified classifications of types of properties. Quarterly prices are tracked and changes are reported in a quarter to quarter and year to year terms.

The aim of the project by ISET-PI, TNS, and TBC bank was to find out the level of financial literacy in Georgia. 1000 respondents were surveyed in the biggest cities of Georgia. The project is divided in three parts dealing with finance, trust in financial institutions, and financial literacy, in order to investigate Georgian citizens' behavior. These variables were cross-tabulated with control variables such as gender, education, age, income level, etc. This kind of data provides an opportunity to get more detailed information about respondents' behavior within control variables.

The objective of the project is to analyze options for a private, Georgia-based company to expand its operations. ISET-PI was commissioned by MGeorgia, holding company of JSC ”Chateau Mukhrani” and “Georgian Wines and Spirits Company” Ltd (GWS), to conduct an assessment of the current conditions and future prospects in spirit and drinks market, and based on this assessment to evaluate potential benefits of different case scenarios, currently considered by the company. The final report will contain estimations of Return on Investment (ROI), Profit and Loss (P&L) and corresponding recommendations for each option considered.

In order to complete this task, ISET-PI conducted desk research of the existing literature and conducted interviews with government officials, private sector representatives and members of the SME community, including civil society.

Consumer Demand Analysis for a Private Company, JSC Sarajishvili. 2015 increase in alcohol excise taxes has led to price increase on majority of JSC Sarajishvili’s products. As a consequence the company experienced sharp decline in sales of its products.

The expert panel included speakers representing government, SMEs, financial system, academia, NGOs, businesses and business associations. The importance of SMEs for economic development cannot be understated: most successful large firms in developing countries have graduated up from SME category, whereas the breadth of the SME category itself reflects and helps to create a strong and deep entrepreneurial culture.
