Senior Researcher at the Agriculture and Rural Policy Research Center
Salome Deisadze is a Senior Researcher of the Agricultural Policy Research Center at the ISET (International School of Economics at TSU) Policy Institute. Along with other research projects, she is involved in publishing the Agri Review, and writes monthly highlights on food price changes in local and international markets. Her research interests lie broadly in the area of agricultural economics, rural development, and labor economics.
Currently, Salome is a PhD student at Tbilisi State University. In 2016, she received a Master's degree in economics at ISET, and that same year successfully completed the Course for Graduate Teaching Fellows in Teaching principles and Practices for Economics at the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education (CERGE) of Charles University in Prague. Currently, she is a visiting lecturer in Elements of Practical Mathematics at Ilia State University.
