ISET Policy Institute is seeking a Grant Officer.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing project budgets, budget notes and other financial narratives for the upcoming projects as required by donors/funders such as the EU, USAID, etc.

• Provide financial reporting for specific projects if required by the donors/funders

• Assist the point person in any external evaluations or audits related to ISET-PI

• Be responsible for identifying funding opportunities and sharing information in a timely manner

• Assist to monitor that project milestones are being met and ensure that grants are acquitted in a timely manner

• Assist in the provision logistical support in the proposal preparation

• Assist to establish a project management (online) software and to keep it updated

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, understand need for confidentiality and professional demeanor, and embrace team work and have experience in providing high-quality customer service

• Well organized and be able to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment and sometimes work under pressure, proactively and efficiently

• High degree of accuracy

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Georgian and English

• Solid experience in working with MS Excel

• Experience of working in the similar capacity is preferable;
