The International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University in Tbilisi, Georgia is looking for a candidate for the Receptionist/Admin Assistant Position.
Dimension and Scope
Serve as the first contact at ISET, receives and guides visitors and handles number of administrative duties.

Administration Manager
Qualifications/Education
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Georgian. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Three years’ experience in administrative environment or customer service.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Receives all incoming calls, provides proper information and transfers calls;
• Welcomes guests and directs to relevant employees;
• Manages ISET’s e-mail account, official correspondence, invitations, RSVPs;
• Manages ISET’s event calendar to avoid overlaps;
• Manages reservations of the conference hall and meeting rooms of ISET;
• Instructs and supervises logistics and cleaning staff to adequately prepare facilities for internal and external events;
• Makes provisional bookings and obtains written confirmations;
• Manages ISET’s driver schedule and transportation of staff;
• Manages the guesthouse of ISET and supervises room reservations;
• Assists different departments of ISET, as needed;
• Organizes facilities and provisions for the events - catering, transportation, equipment, translator, promotional materials and etc.;
• Updating ISET contact database.
