Manages the following departments:

• ISET Policy Institute’s Coordination Office;

• Academic Affairs Office: (BA, MA and Non degree programs);

• Administration Team (IT, Logistics, Procurement, Administration staff);

Reports To

ISET Director


Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Economics/Management/Public Administration or related field;

• PhD is desirable;

Experience:

• 7 - 10 years of executive experience (preferably in Economics and/or Policy research);

• Strategic planning and business development experience;


Profile:

• Strong leadership, organizational and people skills;

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills;

• Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions;

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required;

• Proficiency in one or more languages spoken in the Caucasus is desirable;


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks the execution of the strategy in line with Institution’s annual plans;

• Presents operation forecasting report and strategy;

• Coordinates support services to the entire institution;

• Responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the institution;

• Oversees policies and procedures for Academic, Policy and Institutional operations and their implementation;

• Administers Academic Programs: (BA, MA and Non degree programs), including entrance exams;

• Coordinates with relevant TSU departments;

• Budget departmental management and coordination;

• Provides coaching to employees;

• Coordinates inter-departmental activities (entrance exams, international partnerships, teaching fellow programs, etc.);
