ISET

Three ISET MA students have received need-based scholarships from the Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG), an international development consulting company and a long-time friend and partner of ISET.

In order to qualify for the PMCG's assistance, students must demonstrate their need for financial aid, explaining their backgrounds and the reasons as to why they are unable to cover the tuition fees themselves. The impact of the grant can be life-changing, as one of the 2020 recipients, Tinatin Kebadze, explains: “I was very happy and grateful when I heard that I was selected as one of the recipients of the PMCG scholarship. This has lightened my financial burden and helped me to focus more on the most important aspects of learning. I think that it is a great option for everyone who is eager to study at ISET but cannot afford it. I would like to thank PMCG, which has given me more motivation to work hard and implement my future plans.”

Although the PMCG has been unable to hold its customary award ceremony due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the fact that Tinatin and her classmates, Ana Chkhartishvili and Mariam Gogotchuri, will be able to continue their studies into their second year is undoubtedly adequate compensation. ISET is deeply grateful to the PMCG, which has gone above and beyond its previous acts of friendship in the awarding of these three scholarships.
