Apply for the ISET MA Program in Economics

ISET – International School of Economics at TSU is opening the annual application process for its highly prestigious Master’s Degree Program in Economics. ISET’s curriculum mirrors the best programs in the US and Western Europe and is taught in English by international professors.
Applications for admission in 2016 are accepted online. The deadline for applications is May 5, 2016. Admission exams will be held simultaneously in Baku, Tbilisi, and Yerevan in early May 2016.
All students accepted into the Master's program will be invited to study tuition-free at ISET's summer math camp (3 weeks in August 2016) and during the first miniterm (8 weeks in September-October 2016).
David Shavgulidze: Successful ISET Alumnus

ISET is happy to announce that David Shavgulidze from Class of 2013 has been recently promoted as the head of the newly established IT Audit Unit at the State Audit Office of Georgia (SAOG); David’s professional growth at the SAOG is rather impressive – he started as an intern and got promoted twice in a two-year period.
As the Head of the IT Audit Unit, David is in charge of elaboration and improvement of the strategic plan of IT Audit Direction, supervision of development process of the IT audit methodology, quality control of IT audits, and supervision of the development of data analyses and data visualization techniques.
The importance of information systems is emphasized with an increasing trend in the usage of electronic systems by the Government. At the end of 2015, IT Audit Unit was created to ensure SAOG’s capacity meets the requirements of the fast paced transition to e-governance.
