Nina Sukhanskaya, Financial Manager. She’s been managing ISET’s financial resources since the inception of the school, in 2006. Nina holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Tbilisi State University.
She knows every bits and pieces of local as well as international regulations related to the financial management and accounting, which allows her to settle down any issue in a glimpse of an eye and ensure smooth functioning of the organization. Nina joined ISET-PI in 2011 and is in charge of the PI’s finance.
Teona Khaindrava is a Deputty Director for Operations and HR for ISET and ISET Policy Institute. She holds a Master's Degree in the filed of Engineering Economics from Georgian Technical University. Since 2007, Khaindrava has joined ISET.
In 2011, she became a member of ISET-PI team and is dealing with administrative issues. She has extensive knowledge of Local Employment laws and policies, ability to inspire trust, organize people into effective teams, managing complex projects and programs including procurement and contractual matters.
Guranda Darchidze joined ISET in 2015, she holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Northeastern University, School of Professional Studies, minoring in Leadership studies. She got her Bachelor’s Degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Oriental Studies, Turkish Language and Literature.
Before joining ISET Guranda used to be a government employee, she got 3 years’ experience in planning, managing and monitoring small and mid-scale government projects at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
Guranda joined the ISET community in March, 2015 as a communications officer. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participation in development and implementation of an annual communication strategy and action plan, ensuring language quality of all English and Georgian content generated for ISET promotion and admissions, blog, website and Policy Institute projects, Creating and maintaining specialized mailing lists and online databases.
Tamar Kutibashvili has joined ISET this year as an assistant to the financial manager of ISET and the ISET Policy Institute. She earned her BA in Business Administration and management from Ilia State University, and subsequently spent several years working in this field. Tamar is currently balancing her work at ISET with studies at student of the ACCA. At ISET Policy Institute, she assists in the administration of the financial/business functions and works closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
Jean-Frédéric Paulsen was elected Chairman of the Governing Board of ISET in June 2016.
Jean-Frédéric has been a Lecturer in Management, Finance and Accounting at ISET since 2014 and joined the Governing Board in 2015.
Jean-Frédéric graduated from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
